Question: What is the difference between your wedding aisle runners and others I saw offered online?

Answer: Our event carpet and wedding aisle runners are not constructed of thin plastic or vinyl material. Our product consists of 100% nylon carpet that offers you outstanding look and durability. Yes this is the same exact event carpet advertised in top event decorating magazines and displayed at major TV promotions, celebrity events, grand openings and more. Ask our sales representative about the many events we catered to.

Question: How long will it take to receive my carpet?

Answer: In most cases other than if you request a custom color with a pantone number, you should receive your runner within 7 - 10 working days. All red carpet &  wedding aisle runners are cut, bound and shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of your placed order.

Question: I am a show promoter. Why is it beneficial for me to purchase instead of renting.

Answer: With today's rising fuel costs, this has had a dramatic effect on everyone. Shipping & handling costs have risen sharply. It is more logical to purchase your carpet and have it shipped to you once. Renting on the other hand you have to pay the rental fee, plus ship the carpet to your destination then back. You may also have to pay a fee if you soil or damage the carpet in any way. Who needs all the hassles! 

Question: Can I place an order and have my aisle runner shipped to a different address?

Answer: Yes you can have your carpet shipped anywhere you like. We ship worldwide to any destination.

Question: Who will contact me and how?

Answer: Our sales rep will contact you by telephone. Although we do reply to email, it is not our preferred method of contact. Many emails are lost, incorrect or sent to the mail recipients SPAM folder. We feel it is best if we contact you directly than we can answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Question: Where are you located:

Answer: Our main office is located in Bath, Pennsylvania. We ship all our orders directly from our suppliers warehouse located in Northeastern New Jersey.

Question: Do you offer installation?

Answer: If your event of business is located in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and surrounding states we can offer you professional installation on all our carpet and flooring products at the best prices you will find in the area. We also offer commercial carpet and installation for businesses, hotels, new construction and much more.
